Wildwood Green community consists of 241 single family and cluster homes built around the beautiful terrain of rolling greens and peacefully wooded fairways of the Wildwood Green Golf Course.  This community was designed with recreation in mind with a pool, tennis & pickle ball courts, cabana, and access to golf & driving range.  While the development of the housing in this quaint community dates back only to the mid 1980’s, the golf course history spans several decades.  Wildwood Green is located off Strickland and Creedmoor Roads which boasts large, rolling lots with earth-tone aesthetics that complement the lovely natural surroundings in North Raleigh.

Proposed Rental Amendment Results
The neighborhood voting process concluded on March 31st and the ballots have been counted and verified by our attorney.  The results were as follows: 167 homeowners voted for the proposed amendment, 16 voted against the amendment and 57 homeowners did not submit a ballot.  The number of “for” votes meet the 2/3 households (161 homes) criteria required for an amendment to be added to our covenants.  Towne Properties is in the process of gaining the necessary signatures and filing the updated covenants document with the County registrar. Once completed, we will send an official notice (email or physical mail) to each homeowner to indicate when this is effective.

We are thrilled to announce an upgrade to our community's recreational facilities – the introduction of a Tennis/Pickleball Court Reservation System! As we continue to enhance the overall experience for our residents, we believe this new system will add convenience and joy to your tennis/pickleball-playing activities.
Key Features:

  • Real-time Availability: Wondering when the courts are free? The system provides real-time information on court availability, ensuring you make the most of your playtime.
  • User-Friendly Interface: The reservation platform is designed to be user-friendly, making the booking process a breeze for everyone in the neighborhood.
How to Get Started:

Log in to your resident account.
Navigate to "Homeowners->Tennis/Pickleball Courts -> Reservations" section.

Important Information:
Each resident can reserve a court for up to 1.5 hours per day to ensure fair access for everyone. Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance. Please review our updated Court Rules and Regulations.
