Hurricane Relief Effort
The Wildwood Green Golf Club would like to encourage the neighborhood to participate in their coordinated relief efforts.
Dear Members,
As everyone is well aware of, Western NC was hit hard by the Hurricane. A lot of NC residents have been severely impacted by the devastation. Wildwood would like to ask upon its membership to help those impacted by Hurricane Helene by donating some of the items listed below. Wildwood Member, Corey Andrews, will be personally flying these donations to Western NC. Corey is a veteran pilot who currently works as a commercial airline pilot. Corey and his Army Reserve unit will be flying from Fort Bragg into Western NC over the course of the next few weeks and Wildwood is here to help him and his unit as they provide necessary aide to North Carolinians in need. THANK YOU Corey for continuing to serve, protect, and provide for those in need! Wildwood, lets do our part to help those who have been impacted by the floodwaters. Donations can be brought to the golf shop ASAP.
Sincerely,
Carter Gerwitz
Director of Golf Wildwood Green Golf Club

Proposed Rental Amendment Results
The neighborhood voting process concluded on March 31st and the ballots have been counted and verified by our attorney. The results were as follows: 167 homeowners voted for the proposed amendment, 16 voted against the amendment and 57 homeowners did not submit a ballot. The number of “for” votes meet the 2/3 households (161 homes) criteria required for an amendment to be added to our covenants. Towne Properties is in the process of gaining the necessary signatures and filing the updated covenants document with the County registrar. Once completed, we will send an official notice (email or physical mail) to each homeowner to indicate when this is effective.
